New CHTV: Ignored Netflix Movies Fight Back. Written by me, directed by Josh Ruben, produced by CHTV. Citizen Kane spent a good 3-4 months collecting dust in my living room before I finally got around to watching it. When I spoke to others that had similar experiences, this idea was born. Added bonus: Sarah’s adorable.This was one of those sketches going into as a director I was unsure about because I had 6 actors who hadn’t worked together before and I had no time to rehearse them. Sure enough, all arrived on set and gave more than I could’ve dreamed for. Especially Sarah Schneider who is indeed adorable and staggeringly talented.
Trivia: In the original cut, we came back in post-script to Schindler reading “Who’s Who In Nazi Germany” and going “Oh, Eva Braum!” and laughing to himself. *GIGGLE*
