PASTA FETISH UPDATE 2: Tonight I was introduced to the homemade Tonnarelli at Cacio e Pepe. It’s spaghetti seasoned with black pepper that is served from an enormous wheel of cheese carved into a sort of bowl (and no, this is not a dream I had). At the table, the pasta is mixed around in the cheese “bowl” while its hot, so the cheese melts around the pasta. I mean, come on. It was delicious.
