I have recently come to the self-realization that I am somewhat of a klutz. This occured to me as the third of the four injuries I am currently sporting (pictured above) was incurred within a 24 hour timespan.
I’m not quite sure when this klutziness developed, but I’m pretty sure it’s tied to both my aversion to promptness (and therefore, consistent rushing) and my oblivion to objects that may hurt me (the corner of my boyfriend’s bed frame, for instance, or my own toenails).
What I do know is that I have a total of 8 different half-empty Band-Aid boxes in my bathroom, and I’m just now realizing how insane this is.

Just got back from the culinary masterpiece known as Le Bernadin. Adam and I each got the tasting menu, which was 8 courses plus a couple extras. The baked lobster asparagus was perhaps the best thing I’ve ever eaten. That’s about all I can type right now, my belly is swollen with the dreams of foodies everywhere.

The early reviews on AICN and Rolling Stone are not at all overhyping. This film is incredible and will blow away even the highest of expectations. I am fucking stunned and you will be too. Heath Ledger’s Joker is even more amazing than you think it will be.
I want to see The Dark Knight again as soon as possible!!

The cool thing about Ikea Brooklyn is that they acknowledge how little space most shoppers are working with. All over the showroom are little apartments like these, true to size (235 sq ft, 375 sq ft), with genuinely helpful ideas of how to maximize space. I thought this was really neat.
The fake laptops at Ikea are the best part. This particular one has an icon of a lobster on the desktop labeled ‘gifts’.
Because I am a glutton for punishment, I went to the new Ikea in Brooklyn yesterday. It was awesome.
